Key Forms & Due Dates
| Form | Due Date |
|---|---|
| LLP Form 11 (annual return) | 30 May |
| LLP Form 8 (Statement of Account & Solvency) | 30 October |
| Income tax return (ITR-5) | 31 July / 31 October (if audit) |
| DIR-3 KYC (designated partners) | Triennial — by 30 June (every 3rd year) |
| Form 8 certification | Required if turnover > ₹40 lakh or contribution > ₹25 lakh |
File Form 11 before Form 8 — the portal enforces this order, and both are mandatory even if the LLP had zero business. Late fee is ₹100 per day per form with no cap, and the CCFS-2026 amnesty does not cover LLPs — so LLP late fees keep running.
What Goes Wrong Without Filing
Even a NIL LLP accumulates heavy late fees on Form 8 and Form 11.
CCFS-2026 waiver does not apply — full late fees are payable.
DIN deactivation blocks all filings.
Continued default can lead to strike-off.
